Hello, I have been trying to get the jdk to work on my machine, and since I haven't been able to figure it out and I have recieved no help after three attempts for help I have given up on the jdk. I have installled kaffe in it's place and i consistantly get the same error "CLASSPATH not set". I have created an entry for CLASSPATH in my /etc/profile file, with the directories they reccommend in the README file. I have also created other entries. Do I have to create an alias for CLASSPATH instead? I know with the rpm it is installed correctly, Can anyone tell me how to set up kaffe so it will work?
