No, but there are the FREE and portable zip and unzip programs from
the group that calls itself INFO-ZIP. They will compile nearly anywhere
on nearly any platform. You can find sources at their home ftp site
which is, IIRC, on ftp.cdrom.com. Look for infozip or info-zip.
