Is there anything newer than the Shadow Howto (Dated April '96) on this? Is it just a matter of "pwconv" -ing the old [/etc/passwd] file and then fixing anything that breaks. I know I'll have to recompile portslave, anyone know what's required for proftpd? Anything else? While I'm at it, what channels have you all found to be effective regarding support for proftpd. I sent a couple a mails to [EMAIL PROTECTED] which yielded no answer.
