Giving each card an address won't work since only one of them will be the gateway to the LAN. You'll need to bond the three cards together and give the resulting bond a single address on the network. Read /usr/src/linux-2.4/Documentation/networking/bonding.txt . It's actually pretty simple and so work regardless on the brand of the network cards.
