Hello I am using the latest version of redhat linux (version 8.0) and for some reason every time I try to start my web browser (Netscape) it will come up for like two seconds and then something will kill it. I looked at all of the system logs and there is nothing written to it at all.
Any Ideas?

Which version of Netscape 4/6 or 7?
If it's 6 or 7, try disabling the registration process. For doing that, edit your all-ns.js file and add or change the following line:
pref("browser.registration.enable", false);
