I can't use DNS because the people I'm trying to connect to don't use
it/haven't told be about it. Below is the wget session details.

[EMAIL PROTECTED] nymr]$ wget http://10.10.1.100/index.html
--13:33:49--  http://10.10.1.100/index.html
           => `index.html'
Connecting to 10.10.1.100:80...
connect: Connection timed out
Retrying.

--13:36:59--  http://10.10.1.100/index.html
  (try: 2) => `index.html'
Connecting to 10.10.1.100:80...
connect: Connection timed out
Retrying.

--13:40:10--  http://10.10.1.100/index.html
  (try: 3) => `index.html'
Connecting to 10.10.1.100:80...
connect: Connection timed out
