I assume you had it configured so that users on the internet could access pop accounts on you exchange server. I assume your exchange server is on a private IP address and the RH box is your only publicly visible address. If that is true then you need either port-forwarding/D-NAT or some sort of userspace relay/forwarding program. What did you have?
