It has been along time since I used 6.2 but it used old style script
filters I used to modify the ASCII filter to get what I wanted. If you
look in /usr/lib/rhs/rhs-printfilters and /usr/spool/lpd/printername
you should be able to find where it is generating the accounting/banner
page with the print job and comment it out. If you used printtools or
whatever the print installation program was it may be an option that
you can uncheck to get rid of it. Be sure to make copies before you
play with them so you can revert if you really goof them up.
