Nothing but recent "sudo" actions. :( *Nothing* of my recent work in Users and Groups
is logged there (when working as the authenticated root user). In a simple bid to
secure the passwords of a number of users installed for various programs, i.e.
user:mrtg password:mrtg, I changed many to a highly cryptic "offensive nonsense" phase
11 characters in length. These actions are *not* appearing in /var/log/secure

Thanks for that suggestion however! :)

On the subject of recent backups...no excuses, I don't have one. Want one, but don't
have the storage medium at the moment. I will be installing the Tivoli backup agent on
this box in a bid to dispel the thick FUD in my office (we're a Tivoli shop, why, I
don't know, it's a beast fit for much larger enterprises than this one). My MCSE
colleagues are weary of my Linux staging server and forced me to go W2K on my
production webservers (but I did get Apache 2.0.4x on those!)

Still looking and very aware that MMMV (my mileage may vary :) on what is "default" v.
packages installed when the system came online.

Thanks for the help and suggestions!

Tim
