Gavin/Senthil,

There is a line in the smb.conf file that sets up administrator
accounts. This is a listing of a group. On our server, the group name is
admins. Then, in our group file, we have a group called 'admins' then I
have a number of users in that group that then have full admin rights on
the computers that they use.

The line you need to add to your smb.conf if as follows:

        domain admin group = @admins

Hi Gavin,

I am able to manage and run samba with out any problem. I am using
webmin
module for configuring samba. My doubt was like how to create a user in
the
samba PDC as to make him the super user in all the systems where ever he
logs in. Like you have a administrator account in windows based PDC. How
to
have a equvalent of administrator account in samba based PDC.

Regards

Senthil
