I too am using a Watchguard FB700. Although it is doing it's job, I do think that the support is really lacking. I've had to learn using the firebox by 'trial and error' sorta a speak. Althought it is working, and doing it's job, I personally would like to look into other firewall possibilities. Whether they be commercial, or a box that I can setup on my own.
