Sorry if this is a FAQ, but I'm jumping in the middle of something here and
hoping someone can help point me in the right direction.

Just started work in a company that has multiple RedHat installations, one
of which is on an Alpha server. I've never worked directly with RedHat
before, although I am familiar with Unix in general.

The problem is that the Alpha server seems to be running in a time warp,
exactly twice as fast as the real world. Nobody here is familiar enough with
the system to even try to point me in the right direction. I'm hoping one of
you can give me a push in the correct direction, or maybe even show me where
I can find the answer :)

Before anyone asks, yes, I already did check the archives and searched for
Alpha and clock and several other related items, but couldn't find anything
(maybe looking for the wrong thing, I don't know).

I appreciate any help anyone can give.

Thanks,

Bob Parker
