I'm looking for an embedded version of Linux. I currently use Redhat for all of my Linux VPNs, firewalls etc.

Staying true to Redhat I thought I'd look into their embedded OS--as it happens I couldn't find it. I found the URL ( http://www.redhat.com/embedded/ ) but no options to download.

I decided to call them and the response I got is that they custom develop their embedded OS to your needs. This has a starting cost of around $50,000 :-( .

Has anyone had this same experience? And, does anyone have other ideas for aquiring an Open Source, embedded OS?
