It is. If this is the case, I'm screwed and I won't bother getting another USB PCI card.
Although that is weird also, as removing I would assume would free those resources again.
I thought the same thing. I figured removing it the first time would have put everything back in place. Somehow it totally screwed up EVERYTHING. :(
I've seen weirder things though. Who knows?
I wouldn't call it weird, just madly frustrating.
