/etc/sysconfig/syslog is the file that needs to be edited to allow the network messages.

According to 'ps aux|grep syslog' it is not and I can't find the file that specifies how syslog should start so that I can add the -r to it. What changes (if any) need to be made to /etc/syslog.conf?
