Hummmm.. I don't know any feature in postfix like this... but you can
create one using scripts and cron, creating a script that checks the
size of mailboxes periodically and, if it reaches a preconfigured soft
limit (like disk quotas...), submit a mail to the owner of mailbox,
alerting the fact.
