PRUNEPATHS="/tmp /usr/tmp /var/tmp /afs /net" So that means its not indexing /mnt? So I'm really confused about that symlink as it does appear to have tried following it. I've done some google on updatedb and symlinks and a lot of guys have an apache symlink issue that they say is similar to an updatedb symlink issue - but cannot find any more detail on it.
