regarding pcmcia support I have checked the rpm and the pcmcia is installed
I have edited the /etc/sysconfig/pcmcia
but when i type ntsysv there is nothing there re pcmcia at start up
i can type /etc/rc.d/init/d/pcmcia start and i get starting pcmcia
services: cardmgr
a) where do i need to go and what do i edit to get pcmcia to start at boot
b) the /usr/src/pcmcia-cs-3.0.0/etc/serial.opts asks for address format in
the form of "scheme, socket, instance"
what info are we looking at to put here.
i am using a supported multitech 28k mt2834lt modem
we are getting closer to the final solution
thks
