After recompiling the kernel
and modules, rebooting Linux hangs at this
point:
Partition check:
hda: hda1 hda2 < hda5 hda6 hda7 hda8 >
hda: hda1 hda2 < hda5 hda6 hda7 hda8 >
VFS: Mounted root (ext2 filesystem)
readonly.
(HANGS here)
Where the next line should
read:
Adding Swap: 36252k swap-space (priority -1)
Does any one have ideas. I have checked various FAQ's but
could not find what I needed.
