Love it, hate it. It is one of the most effective anti-armor weapons around. It cuts through most conventional, and many unconventional, armor plating systems in use. We used it quite effectively in the first Iraqi conflict, much to the disappointment and shear surprise of enemy tank crews at *standoff* ranges. Punched right through the thickest armor of all the Russian-made armor of the Iraqi army.

Finally, depleted uranium ammunition is *not* a "weapon of mass destruction." It is quite a conventional weapon, but made of unconventional, if imaginative, material.
