Once you plug the hard drive into the system and boot it, it should show up as 
/dev/hdb.  You can then

mount /dev/hdb /mountpoint

and the drive will be mounted normally.  If you want to mount this drive 
automatically, just put an entry in /etc/fstab 
for the drife.
