Whenever I log in there is a long pause and this message:
hda: irq timeout: status=0x58 { DriveReady SeekComplete DataRequest }
hda: disabled DMA
ide0: reset: success
Can anyone help me with what is going on here and how I can fix it? I
had been messing around changing one hard drive (hdb) from dos to linux
when this error began to appear. Any help would be appreciated.
