Boot into single-user mode and run authconfig to disable LDAP
authentication.

Linux cannot natively authenticate against Active Directory.  There is a
Samba fork, Samba-TNG (http://www.samba-tng.org/), which supposedly
provides the ability to authenticate against an LDAP server in an NT
domain.
