I'm not in Linux at the moment :-( but I think you can get it either of two
ways: check the libgr rpm, which (if memory serves) contains various
libraries for graphics files; OR get the supplemental library package
available at ftp.kde.org. I don't know if they have an rpm available, but it
is a simple compile if they don't.
