Visit www.xmms.org and check why xmms is not working mp3 files with RH9, untl you add the related plugins: it is clearly explained in their pages.Hi all! I'm new on this list. I've installed RedHat9+Ximian and xmms doesn't work. I have to use xine to listen to mp3 files. My soundblaster card seems to work. I can watch (and listen) .avi .mpg ... I can listen to gnome-audio and I can listen to music with xine Any suggestions? I'm new on RedHat and I don't know what to do. Thanks and excuse me for my imperfect English.
