Well, I blew it. I think that in the process of attempting to use
sndconfig on my computer, I killed my lp2 port.

The port is being correctly detected by my kernel on boot-up, but lpr
can't seem to connect to it to print. I get an lpr: connect: error
message.

Somebody help me out here--how do I fix the boo-boo? sndconfig
evidently creates a new etc.config file or something like that. Is that
where the problem is?

'preciate the assistance.
