I have a book called "UNIX System Programming Using C++", written by
Terrence Chan, which actually seems pretty good.  Its about 600 pages.  I
also have one called "Interprocess Communications in UNIX: The Nooks and
Crannies", which is about 400 pages, and is also pretty good.

I just bought them a few months ago, and its one of those books that I'll
most likely never make it thru, due to time.  I'll sell them to you cheap
if your interested..  I paid $60 for the one, and like $30 for the other..
