I attempted to run configX.curses, and bash gave me command not found.

I looked in /usr/bin/X11 and it was not there. If anyone could give me
some more help, it would be appreciated.

Once again thank you Michael for the help. I got RH5 from the Infomagic
Set... no documentation... I did find the manual on the web site.

I believe what this means is that you may have not defined the parameters
of your display. I had the same problem.

If you have RH5.0, and you have not yet read the manual, then go to page 97
and you need to run your configX.curses. It will take you through a list
of cards. You can also use configX by typing /usr/bin/X11/configX (page
98)

If you did not select the proper video card when you installed, then you
need to install this Xconfigurator.

Just go to page 94 and read that chapter and it will answer all your
questions...

Hope this helps.
