This is going to be a problem. Turn off COM2 in your bios.

Try turning the memory useage off with the dos driver/utilty disk. Try
pulling the card and set it for one of the presets.
I have about 3 of these cards and have had no major problems with them.

Like I said before keep trying until you get it.
