It is relevent for the simple reason that not all of us can choose our
routers, or our connectivity. If your ISP uses a NT router, then the answer
is not "install Linux" for the simple reason that it's not an option.
Configuring Linux so that it talks nicely with the poor, simple NT router
is.

I don't follow you, Edward. Why would this list be getting questions
about NT routers? It would seem to me that 'install linux' is more on
topic than reading posts about NT routers. I know you are using this
as an example, but how is an NT router related to RH or linux?
