LinuxCad 3D ver 2.0

LinuxCad 3D claims to be an AutoCad clone.
Has anyone on this list had any experience with this 
software?  I won't mind paying $99 for it if it is
OK, but I seem to remember a report that version 1.0
was _very_ buggy and required a lot of extra-cost
add-ons.  If you haven't used it but know of a
write up somewhere, that would help also.
