I have a MegaHertz card in my laptop. It's an XJ10BT. Here's what's in my
/etc/conf.modules which relates:

pre-install pcmcia_core /etc/rc.d/init.d/pcmcia start 
alias eth0 smc9194 
options smc9194 io=0x320 irq=11

Note that this is RH6.1!
