If it's a binary RPM file (e.g. *.i386.rpm, *.sparc.rpm, *.alpha.rpm,
etc.), you can't. You'll need the source RPM (SRPM) ending in "src.rpm".
Then you install it (just like ordinary RPMs). All sources will get
installed in /usr/src/redhat/SOURCES and the spec file ends up in
/usr/src/redhat/SPECS.
