Well, I tried posting a png depicting what I need in a graphing app for output but the file was screwed up so I guess I will try to describe what I am hoping for with words and an ascii diagram. I need to generate a set of histograms comparing HIV codon preferences vs human cell codon preferences. The format is to be horizontal with HIV histograms for each codon on the left and the same codons depicted on the right for humans.
