Programs that process mail

Hi there,

Need some info about a program(s) that allows one of our clients do the
following:

1) save copies of all outgoing mail from the local domain
2) save copies of all  mail received for a domain
3) program that allows a user to send a receipt ticket for every mail he

receives.

our customer is running RH 6.0 for both relaying mail and receiving
mail.  Sendmail is used for relaying and mail as the local agent.
