Im not sure about the seg fault, i belive its a common problem, i had it
for a while and it just went away, weird...
I modified the /etc/X11/xinit/Xclients file, and put a comment before the
PREFERRED= statement. then i set an environment variable called
PREFERRED=AfterStep
Then a file called ~/.wm_style with the words WindowMaker in it
job done, might be a bit of a work around, but it still kept the original
setup, and any user can easily use whatever wm they want from there (just
by setting the PREFERRED var, and then the wm_style file if using
afterstep)
If there is an easier way, then i'de like to know too :]
