I didn't realize that developer.redhat.com was open as an ftp site. That
was proably an oversight from the last beta cycle and was probably meant
to go away if it existed. I know that the developer web content is being
rolled into the main website at http://www.redhat.com/developer, and that
bugzilla has been split off onto its own server at
http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla
