I have not actually tried it (I'll kill anyone trying to get a Microsoft
product anywhere near my computer ;) ), but it shouldn't be a problem, as
the NT bootloader is in the boot record, and not somewhere on the
filesystem.

You can mount NTFS partitions. You should mount them read-only
though. NTFS write-support is highly experimental and may kill your NT
partition (not that I personally would consider that a loss... ;) )
