Heh.... I thought mine worked too.
Check some of the installed rpms against what is in the directory you
installed october gnome from (if you still have it).

Ohh...
I just read the order of what you did and assumed that you had done the Uvh
after the qa.
sounds very weird to me.
Mine worked. - stock 6.1 with updates.
