on the box with the real printer, create /etc/hosts.lpd so it looks
something like this:
# Hosts allowed to print here.
guest.ip.addresses.here
" . ". " . "
Restart lpd on that system.
Make sure that each user that will be printing from remote systems has
an account there as well, even if it is just a dissabled one.
Restart lpd on the remote machines.
Now all should go well.
