Hello all,
Got a slide problem concerning Sendmail.
I've got 2 servers. One Windows NT Exchange server
(IP 10.10.10.10) and one Linux server as internet gateway/fireall.
(IP 10.10.10.1, connected to internet via ISDN)
Al messages which comes from de WinNT server are forwarded
(except the local ones) to the Linux server and the Linux server
should be hold in the mail queue or should be sent directly
when someone's on the internet.
Only the queing thing doesn't work. When the NT server sends the
mail (or mails) to the Linux server, linux opens the line directly
and sends the stuff away.
I start sendmail using sendmail -bd -q3h -om. Further I set the
HoldExpensive= True in my sendmail.cf and I uncommented the option
what my hosts file is. Now, I also implented the DNS servers and
the WinNT IP's adres in my /etc/hosts.
And it still makes the connection while it should stay in the queue.
Someone knowing what I'm doing wrong?
Yours,
Niels Wagenaar
