No problem,

If you paid for your boxed set using Visa, then lodge a complaint with them saying
you want them to reverse the bill back to Red Hat, because they have failed to meet
their agreement. you mail them the correspondences that you have sent Red Hat
(showing your effort to resolve the situation). Visa reverse charges to Red Hat,
and Red Hat pulls their head out of their A--, and begins services their customer
base as they are supposed to, or at least quits making proposals they have no
intention on keeping.

When enough of these complaints are lodge with Visa. Then Visa will drop Red Hat's
merchant Visa agreement. Why? Because Red Hat doesn't actually pay the reversed
charges, Visa's insurance policy pays for it.

And they don't like that !!!!

Hello Red Hat ARE you listening !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
