This does not apply to linuxconf. The GUI front-end is a separate utility
and linuxconf switch back to the identity of the user currently login,
before starting "gnome-linuxconf" to avoid this problem.
There were problem in gnome-linuxconf and I think an update is available
either in the updates.redhat.com or rawhide.
