giftoppm belongs to which rpm?

if this is repeated...sorry 

I'm trying to find out which RPM does giftoppm belong to?
Anyone knows? 
I have quite a number of ppmtoXXX but not giftoppm...
What's the command for rpm to find out where eg. ppmhist comes from?
rpm -??? ?????
