we use Lone-tar from Cactus software. has a weird name but it is a
really good product. ive had no problems with it at all. it does all
that you need and can be used from a console(no need for x). the
interface is menu based but also has command line options. the menu
interface it very easy to use. i think that if you get the new version
of it you also get Air-bag with it now, which can rebuild your system
from a couple of floppies and a backup.
