I believe the Master HD on the Primary IDE will be /dev/hda and the Slave
HD on the Primary IDE will be /dev/hdb. Then on the Secondary IDE, your
Master would be /dev/hdc and your Slave would be /dev/hdd, assuming you
use a cable that has two connections on it on your Secondary IDE.
Maybe you could install Windows when there's just one drive in the
machine, then add the second drive before adding Linux.
