Indeed. This was why I, for one, vehemently opposed the Oz Govt's
censorship efforts. As it's turned out, while the legislation came in
flawed, at least the ISP-level stuff was reduced to requiring ISPs to
make censorship software available to users (which seems reasonable to
me) as opposed to forcing them to censor everyone's feed (which is
incredibly intrusive).
