Either you've recently made some sort of horrificly bad change, or
you've been hacked. Disconnect the machine from the network immediately,
figure out how the compromise happened, and then format your disks and
do a completely clean OS installation from known safe media.
Don't just try to fix it or do an install over the top of the machine,
blow it out completely.
