If ypu're a "trusted user" in your local sendmail setup, you can take
this even further:

e.g.
send-hook redhat 'set sendmail="PATH_TO/sendmail [EMAIL PROTECTED] -oi -oem"'

in addition to the above. That way, all mailheaders will reflect the
change, not just the "From:".
