We do that in our office. Using Netscape as an example, in your browser's
prefernces, go to the proxies section. Check the Manual Proxy Configuration
button and click on Configure. Set the HTTP and Security Proxies to the
hostname or IP address of your box running junkbuster and port 8000.

That should do it. You will have to learn the syntax of the blockfile and
cookiefile to allow the stuff you want in.
